Pallavi Srivastava MD.

Dr. Pallavi Srivastava is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with expertise in both general anesthesia and aesthetic medicine. Since 2011, she has been practicing in New York as a partner with North American Partners in Anesthesiology (NAPA), the largest private practice anesthesiology group in the United States. In 2018, she joined Long Island Associates in West Islip, Long Island, specializing in a variety of anesthesia cases.


Dr. Srivastava is a graduate of Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, one of India’s top medical schools. She completed her anesthesiology training at Brookdale University Medical Hospital, with additional training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital, St. Luke’s Roosevelt Medical Center NY, and Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health System. Her specialty training includes pain management, pediatrics, and aesthetic procedures involving injectables and minimally invasive treatments.


With a deep understanding of pain management and wellness, Dr. Srivastava has also developed expertise in aesthetic and lifestyle medicine. She specializes in non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP therapy, and skin rejuvenation treatments, combining her medical knowledge with an artistic eye to deliver natural, youthful results.


Additionally, she is passionate about lifestyle wellness, offering IV therapy and holistic treatments to promote hydration, energy, and overall well-being. Her commitment to patient care extends beyond traditional medicine, as she believes in a comprehensive approach to beauty, health, and vitality. By integrating wellness therapies into her practice, she helps patients achieve optimal health from the inside out.


She is also a dedicated humanitarian, actively participating in medical missions to underdeveloped countries, providing essential care and life-changing procedures for children in need. In her leisure time, Dr. Srivastava enjoys traveling with her son, practicing yoga and meditation, and jogging with her two cocker spaniels. She is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) and the American Medical Association (AMA).
